POSITION: Customer service staff (Female)
WORK LOCATION: Bac Ninh – Bac Giang
JOB DESCRIPTION (CUSTOMER SERVICE):
✅Receive, handle, and respond to customer requests, inquiries, and feedback during service usage.
✅Coordinate with the technical team and relevant departments to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
✅Monitor and update the status of customer requests and provide feedback on resolution results.
✅Record, summarize customer opinions and feedback, and report to the direct supervisor.
✅Perform administrative tasks and manage customer-related documentation as assigned.
✅Maintain good relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and service quality.
WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS:
